Return Window
We accept refund or exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.
For customers in the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies in accordance with local law.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect due to manufacturing or fulfillment issues.
- The issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.
- The product remains in its original packaging whenever possible.
Please note that natural variations, minor imperfections, or slight inconsistencies that do not affect performance are normal and not considered defects.
How to Start a Return or Refund
To begin a return, email us at frog@frogguard.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short description of the issue.
Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Return Method & Cost

Return shipping cost: Free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all other eligible returns.
Refund Processing Time
After your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit-card provider to complete processing.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
For other cases, please request a refund and place a new order once your return is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage
- Gift cards and discounted items
- Personal care products that have been opened or used
